The Head of Sales will be responsible for delivering revenue and profit targets across domestic and international retail customers inclusive of big box, specialty and online retailers. S/he will lead a team charged with managing both direct customer relationships and sales representation agency relationships. Working closely with the brand marketing team, this leader will be responsible for executing channel strategy to drive brand objectives and profitable business growth. S/he will also collaborate closely with finance, demand planning and supply chain colleagues to effectively forecast and manage the ongoing business.
