Associate Brand Manager

We are looking to add an Associate Brand Manager to our Team!

You are:

A customer-focused and strategic professional with strong analytical skills who is motivated to deliver results.  As Associate Brand Manager, you will build the 4moms brand with expectant and new parents – creating demand and delivering revenue.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop & support category and product strategies to achieve brand objectives and deliver revenue targets.
  • Help set and execute the marketing communications strategy including positioning, creative brief development and review of all consumer-facing content and product merchandising.
  • Collaborate with Brand Engagement and Digital Marketing to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and create demand among the consumer target.
  • Collaborate with Sales to help support retailer initiatives, including in-store training, third party agents, feature placements, POP, online content and channel marketing.
  • Work with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to develop accurate demand forecasts and achieve targeted forecast accuracy.  Provide insights and ongoing forecast updates through the S&OP process.
  • Analyze business results to provide insights into drivers of performance, identify trends and find opportunities to deliver revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance to measure impact of promotional and pricing initiatives to help set overall brand/product strategy.
  • Conduct frequent market visits to monitor competitive activity, gain insights from retailers and understand shopper trends to identify risks and opportunities.  Support brand in market with trainings, consumer events, and store audits.

What We Need From You:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business.
  • 3+ years of marketing or business ownership experience with proven capability to:
    • Solid business analytic skills – ability to extract insights and leverage data to develop strategy
    • Manage projects, including strong cross functional leadership
    • Multi-task in fast-paced environment
    • Self-start and operate independently
    • Think strategically and communicate clearly
    • Collaborate internally within the marketing team and across functions as well as with external partners
